TORTILLA ROLL UPS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
2 slices ham, diced
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
1 med. onion, diced
1 sm. can black olives, chopped
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped
1 tbsp. diced jalapeno peppers
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Cream sour cream and cream cheese. Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas. Spread on tortillas and roll up tightly wrapped in waxed paper or plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least overnight. Cut in slices and serve. Makes 75 to 80 pieces.
