MACARONI/BEAN DISH 
1 can (15 oz.) Great Northern Beans
1 c. water
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (or minced clove of garlic)
Salt and pepper
8 1/2 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. macaroni, cooked

Empty beans in a saucepan and add water, oil, oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce ( use less if you don't like to much tomato taste). Simmer. When ready to serve, add cooked macaroni of your choice, (Small sea shells or elbow macaroni) to sauce.
