BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 c. blueberries

SHORTCAKE:

2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. shortening
2/3 to 3/4 c. milk
1 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put 1 1/4 cups sugar, 2 cups water and 2 cups blueberries in 9x13 inch pan. Cook at least 5 minutes in oven until real hot.

Make shortcake by mixing flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening with pastry blender, add milk and make soft dough. Pat out to a long roll. Dot with butter. Add cup of blueberries, sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up into long roll. Cut into slices and put in hot mixture above. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 450 degrees.
