PEACH AND BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
Combine in saucepan: 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1/2 cup water. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add: 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned), 1 1/2 cups blueberries. Place in 9 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. soft butter

Beat ingredients until smooth. Spoon over fruit mixture. Sprinkle with mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
