PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust shell, unbaked
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. broken pecans
1 c. pecan halves for on top
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in order given. Add broken pecans and vanilla. Top pie with pecan halves. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm. Cool before serving. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
