PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 c. sugar
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (29 oz.) can Libby's pumpkin, solid pack
6 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
1 (12 oz.) Nestle's chocolate chips or nuts

Mix by hand. I use a whip. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and pumpkin together. Then blend in oil, mix thoroughly until all oil is folded into the mix. Add half the sifted flour and mix into the batter. When this is mixed add the rest and blend together. Last add the chocolate chips. Mix together. Use Crisco shortening to grease tins, all sides. Tins are 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2". Fill tins half full. Makes 6 loaves. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
