SWEET POTATOES WITH PECANS 
1 lg. can yams, mashed
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine yams, 1/2 of butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Turn into a 9x13 baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix corn flakes, remaining butter, brown sugar and pecans. Spread on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until brown. Serves 8-10. Make ahead and refrigerate; heat when ready to serve. GREAT for Thanksgiving dinner!
