BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef round steak
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles

Slice beef into bite size pieces; place in casserole dish. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, soup, flour, and pepper. Mix well and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Stir sour cream into stroganoff mixture. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
