HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. noodles or rice, cooked

Saute beef and onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
