3 med. carrots
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/3 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Shred carrots. Mix together with raisins, pineapple and salad dressing. Fold in whipped cream. Serve on lettuce leaves.
