CARROT PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. hot water 1 c. cold water 1 c. grated carrots 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple Dissolve 1 package lemon Jello in 1 cup hot water. Dissolve Jello then add 1 cup cold water, grated carrots and crushed pineapple. Mix well. Pour into mold or dish. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with whip topping or mayonnaise or salad dressing. Very good. |
