JELLIED CARROT AND PINEAPPLE
SALAD
 
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
5 tbsp. grated raw carrots
5 tbsp. crushed, drained pineapple
Black walnuts, if desired

Dissolve gelatin in the required amount of water. Mix in the carrots and pineapple and pour into individual molds or custard cups to jell. One package of gelatin will serve from 4-6 people depending on the size of salad desired.
