CHEESECAKE TOPPED BROWNIES 
1 (21 1/2 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Ready-to-Spread chocolate frosting, opt.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix as package directs. Spread into well-greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In small mixer bowl, beat cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, the egg and vanilla until smooth. Pour evenly over brownie batter. Bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool. Spread with frosting if desired. Cut in bars. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes 40 bars.
