CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
Instant mashed potatoes
4 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. snipped parsley

Prepare instant potatoes; 6 servings according to directions, omitting butter. Add whipped cream cheese. Beat well. Blend in rest of ingredients.

Put in well greased 1 quart souffle dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
