CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
Packaged instant mashed potatoes, 6 servings
1 (4 oz.) whipped cream cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Prepare potatoes as directed omitting butter. Add cream cheese, beat well. Stir in egg, onion and parsley, blend well. Turn into well- greased 1-quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Dash of paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
