BAKED SCROD FILLETS 
2 lb. fresh scrod fish fillets (cod can be used)
1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing or any creamy HIDDEN VALLEY®
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Dip fish in salad dressing. Place in single layer, skin side down, on buttered 15 x 10 baking dish.

Combine cheese and potato chips. Sprinkle on top of fish.

Bake in 475°F oven for 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
