JAMES' BAKED FISH FILLETS 
1 lb. fish
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. plain flour
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Cut fillets in serving pieces and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika and a dash each of salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet and add flour and milk at one time. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly, pour over fish. Blend bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
