GRANDMA KAY'S CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces
Olive oil
Fresh lemon to taste
Garlic to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Fresh parsley to taste
Grated cheese to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken pieces on flat pan. Sprinkle with olive oil and then squeeze on lemon juice. Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Shake on oregano, chopped parsley, and grated cheese. Bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes. Add water to pan, if necessary.
