CARAMEL CORN/MICROWAVE 
4 qts. popped corn

Set popped corn aside in brown paper sack. Cook on high for 2 minutes the following ingredients: 1/4 c. Karo syrup 1 stick butter 1/4 tsp. salt

Stir thoroughly after first 2 minutes and cook for another 3 minutes on high. Stir well and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and mix well.

Pour over popcorn and mix well. Close sack and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes, shake and mix well. Cook another 1 1/2 minutes on high, shake and mix well, cook for 1/2 minute on high and pour out on wax paper to cool. OPTION: May add peanuts in with popcorn if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
