BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
8 tbsp. chopped green onions with greens
1 c. golden raisins
7-10 slices bacon
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Prepare broccoli, onions, raisins; mix together. Cut up and fry bacon. Drain and add sunflower seeds. Mix with vegetables and raisins. Blend dressing ingredients and mix with other ingredients. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Salad will keep for a week.
