TURKEY VEGETABLE SOUP 
Meatless carcass from turkey, also cooked neck and giblets
2 onions, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. celery tops, chopped
1 pt. canned tomatoes, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. oregano
Black pepper
1 c. corn or 1 pkg. frozen corn
1 c. chick peas or 1 pkg. frozen green beans
1/2 c. noodles or spaghetti, broken into bits
Salt to taste (if necessary)

Cook neck and giblets 3 hours while turkey is roasting. Cool. Put carcass in large pot, cover halfway with water. Cover, simmer 3 hours, strain. (1 1/2 quarts stock). Remove turkey from carcass. Add all ingredients to stock except corn, chick peas, noodles, salt and meat. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add remainder ingredients, simmer 1/2 hour.
