Sweet Potato Casserole - Recipe

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

3 c. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter

Mix together all ingredients. Put in ovensafe container. Add topping.

Topping:

1 c. pecans
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar

Melt together and spread on top.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes or until bubbly in middle.
