SAUSAGE SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
3/4 lb. ground sausage 4 c. cooked squash (sliced) 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, well beaten Brown sausage, drain. Combine squash (drained), crumbs, cheese, milk and spices. Add sausage and fold in eggs. Turn into 8 inch dish. Bake 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
