SQUASH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. squash sliced thin and cooked in microwave 5 to 6 minutes and drained 1 med. onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. cracker crumbs 1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and drained, then crumbled 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and cheddar cheese and place in a casserole dish. Top with cheddar cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbling and browned. |
