SAUSAGE AND SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 c. squash, cooked and drained
1 lb. sausage, browned with 1 lg. or 2 sm. onions
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs
4 eggs, beaten (fold into above ingredients)

Thoroughly mix and bake in casserole dish in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
