MIDWEST MEATLOAF WITH CHEESE SAUCE | |
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sm. cubes 1/4 c. milk 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. finely chopped onion Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir Velveeta cheese, milk and mustard in small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Reserve 3/4 cup cheese sauce. Mix remaining 1/4 cup cheese sauce and remaining ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 8x3 inch loaf in a 10x6 inch baking dish. Bake 40 minutes or until done. |
