4 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar and milk in a large, heavy saucepan and slowly bring to a rolling boil. Let boil for 8 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallows and butter.

Mix only until the chips and marshmallows are melted. Add vanilla and nuts and blend. Spread mixture in a large square ungreased cake pan. Let it cool and cut into small squares. Store in the refrigerator.
