MY FRIEND DONNA'S MARINATED
BROCCOLI
 
1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerettes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. vinegar (white or sushi style)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water (more if flavors are too strong)

Steam broccoli until crisp tender (about 5 minutes). Mix remaining ingredients in a ziploc. Add cooked, cooled broccoli, seal ziploc. Allow to marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or more. Rotate the bag from time to time to mix ingredients. Drain and serve cold.

This will keep well for about a week in the refrigerator.
