CHEERLEADER CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar

Melt butter in microwave in a 2 quart utility dish. Blend in crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. press mixture firmly against sides and bottom of dish. Bake in microwave on high for 2 minutes or until firm.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake in microwave on roast 20-25 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Turn 2-3 times during cooking.

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; blend well. Pour over cheesecake. Microwave on roast for 2-2 1/2 minutes or until set. Chill. Use fruit pie filling for topping. Serves 12-15.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
