SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic slat
1 can artichoke hearts, cut in quarters
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Drain artichokes and place in bottome of flat casserole. Mix cooked spinach, soup, garlic, salt and drained mushrooms together. Spread this mixture on artichokes. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice; spread over spinach mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8. Preparation time, 10 minutes. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
