SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 lg. jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 (8 oz.) plus 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, or substitute sour cream for 3 oz. of the cream cheese

Thaw spinach and press water out. Combine 8 ounces cream cheese. Cut artichoke hearts in half and put on the top of the spinach in a casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a covered dish until hot. Serves 4-6.
