SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. thawed chopped spinach
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 sticks butter
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can drained & halved artichoke hearts
Salt & pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
Parmesan cheese

Drain spinach thoroughly. Mix spinach, cream cheese, butter and seasonings. Heat, melt and blend. Add water chestnuts and place in round casserole. Arrange artichoke halves on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
