EASY CHERRY AMARETTO PIE 
1 baked pie crust

FILLING:

3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. almond extract
1 egg

TOPPING:

21 oz. can cherry pie filling
2 tbsp. almond extract
Whipping cream, sweetened
Sliced almonds, toasted
Shaved chocolate

Beat butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add 2 tablespoons almond extract and egg; blend well. Spread filling into pie shell; Spread evenly.

Combine cherry pie filling and 2 tablespoons almond extract. Spoon over butter mixture. Refrigerate at least one hour. Garnish with whipped cream, toasted almonds and shaved chocolate before serving. Store in refrigerator.
