BEEF CASSEROLE CHINESE STYLE 
1 lb. ground beef, salt & pepper
1 pkg. frozen peas (or peas & carrots)
2 c. finely sliced celery
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. cream
1 sm. onion, finely minced
2 c. crumbled potato chips

Cook meat, salt and pepper until brown and crumbly. Pour off excess fat. Put meat in casserole dish, arrange thawed peas over top of meat and cover with sliced celery and minced onion. Mix cream with mushroom soup and pour over celery. Top with potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
