JOHNSTON CO. STYLE SHOULDERS 
3 med. sized pork shoulders (fresh) (7-8 lb. each approx.)
1 pt. Scott's BBQ sauce
1 pt. vinegar (white)
Sage
Black pepper
Salt
Water

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place pork shoulders in large roaster.

3. Pour water in roaster 2 inches deep.

4. Add 1/2 pint vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle sage on top.

5. Add 1/2 pint Scott's BBQ over shoulders.

6. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes (turn 1 time during this period).

7. After 1 1/2 hours, remove meat and drain liquid.

8. Place meat back in roaster and repeat steps 3 through 6. (Feeds a feast.) Approximately 10 folks.
