SMOKED SHOULDER | |
1 smoked shoulder, 4 to 5 lbs. 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar Pick a shoulder with a short shank bone. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Drain. Cover again with cold water and bring to a boil. Pour off and this time cover with boiling water to which vinegar and sugar have been added. Boil for about 1 1/2 hours or until done. |
