LAMB SHOULDER CHOPS 
4 chops, 3/4 inch thick

MARINADE:

2 minced garlic cloves
1 c. red wine

Marinate chops overnight in shallow baking dish. Scrape off garlic pieces. Put chops on broiler rack. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil until brown, 5 minutes on each side.
