TERIYAKI LAMB SHOULDER CHOPS 
4 shoulder lamb chops about 3/4 inch thick
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
4 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients except lamb chops and mix thoroughly. Marinate lamb chops in soy sauce mixture in covered dish overnight, turning once or twice. Cook on outdoor grill about 4 to 5 inches from coal for approximately 10 minutes each side. Less time if you desire them rare.

This was sooo good. I used fresh pineapple and juiced it. Fresh is the best. I only marinated about 8 hours. I also used the lamb chops from Costco. They are the best. My husband grilled them to perfection and we all enjoyed a great dinner. A keeper
