SHOULDER LAMB CHOPS 
For 3 chops. Mash together:

Less than 2 oz. cream cheese
About 2-3 tbsp. sour cream
About 1 tbsp. Nance's mustard
2-3 tbsp. blue cheese, crumbled

Marinate trimmed chops in Italian salad dressing 3-4 hours. Drain. Brown in oil. Put thick slice of onion on each, salt and pepper, small amount garlic powder. Cover with cheese mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
