CHEESE TARTS 
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling or preserves

Whip first four ingredients. Place 24 vanilla wafers in paper liners in muffin pans. Then fill half way with cream cheese mixture. Bake 325 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Cool before peeling off paper liners. Top with pie filling or preserves.
