POT ROAST 
Black pot roast
Adolph's meat tenderizer
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 env. Lipton onion soup or 1 env. according to taste

Cut several pieces of tin foil and set on cookie sheet leaving enough tin foil to seal around entire roast. Sprinkle pot roast with water, use Adolph's tenderizer and fork roast. Set on tin foil. Spread can of mushroom soup on pot roast. Sprinkle envelopes of onion soup on pot roast. Seal pot roast with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours. Eat and enjoy!
