SMOKED POT ROAST 
1 roast (4 lb.)
1 c. brown sugar
1 bottle soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. meat tenderizer

Tenderize roast with Adolph's. Mix remaining ingredients together and marinate roast up to 24 hours. Grill over low heat for 20-25 minutes per side. Serve with baked potatoes and salad.
