PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 c. raw rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 med. onion
2 bell peppers
Water

Brown pork chops in small amount of grease. Put pork chops in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour raw rice over chops. Add can stewed tomatoes plus 1/2 can of water. Slice onion and bell peppers in rings and place on top. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Serves 6.
