PORK STIR FRY 
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 c. apple juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 green onions, sliced
2 c. broccoli pieces
1 c. shredded carrots
Dash pepper
2 c. fresh bean sprouts

Combine pork, garlic, soy sauce and sherry in a 2 quart casserole. Stir to coat evenly; let stand 10 minutes. Blend together apple juice and cornstarch; stir into pork mixture. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes; stir once. Add onion, broccoli, carrots and pepper; do not stir, cover, microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add sprouts; cover and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Toss to mix.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
