STIR FRIED PORK AND BEANS 
1 lg. can pork and beans
1 med onion, chopped coarse
5 slices fried bacon
5 slices bologna, julienned
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. pancake syrup

In large skillet fry bacon until crisp. Pour off grease; add bologna, and onion. Season, add beans; let simmer 7 minutes. Add syrup and sugar.

Serve over white rice.
