3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. oil

Mix juice and oil together. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. On a floured board, drop large spoonfuls of mix in flour to coat all sides. Take a small amount and roll like a snake; twist together to form a round cookie. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost when cool.

Frosting: Powdered sugar, butter, lemon extract, and milk.
