MOCK CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
Flour
1 egg
Oil

Add egg and flour to ground beef in a bowl and mix. Mixture should be slightly sticky. On dough board, sift some flour and put mixture on flour. Sprinkle enough flour to prevent meat mixture from sticking to rolling pin. Roll meat mixture out until it is desired "round steak" thickness. Cut into serving size pieces. Fry in hot oil like chicken fried steak. Prepare gravy from remaining oil and serve.
