CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
4 5 oz. USDA choice cutlets, tenderized
2 c. flour seasoned with salt and pepper
2 c. milk
5 eggs

Dredge each steak in seasoned flour. Dip into milk and egg wash and dredge in flour again. Deep fry and serve with cream gravy, the recipe of which is in the soups, salads, and sauces section of this same cookbook.
