BAKED ASPARAGUS 
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears, partially cooked
2 tbsp. diced onion
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano

Or use 12 fresh asparagus spears.

Put melted butter in 8x8x2 inch (or equivalent) baking dish. Line bottom with asparagus spears. Mix onion, celery, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings. Spread evenly over asparagus. Cover; bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
