GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 chocolate graham cracker pie crust
1/4 c. cream de menthe
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
Whipping cream

You can use Cool Whip. Pie has a slightly softer consistency.

Mix marshmallow cream and cream de menthe until marshmallow cream is smooth. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into marshmallow mixture. (Can add 1-2 drops of green food coloring if desired.) Fill pie crust. Garnish with chocolate curls, chocolate or chocolate mint sprinkles or mint leaves. Freeze.
